Taara is co-founded by Nadia Naidoo, a CX expert and Delivery lead with twenty years in South African banking and insurance. Nadia has supported institutions to establish their Experience Strategy capability. She has delivered large programmes, including PayShap at Absa, corporate platform delivery at Standard Bank Corporate and Old Mutual Corporate, and has landed four AI products in the past year alone.
